The main breakthrough point of the innovative laser welding technology developed by the R&D team is the development of two optimized 120 watt mid infrared laser beam sources with pulse wavelengths of 1567 nanometers and 1940 nanometers, respectively; Develop novel and practical laser beam shaping components, optimize and combine diffractive and refractive optical components separately, and produce laser beam sources with M-shaped shapes; The computer chip automatic control module of advanced irradiation technology can optimize the distribution of thermal energy in the welding area to enhance the appearance and robustness of the product; The design concept of infrared wavelength laser beam source adapted to the absorption characteristics of plastic polymer materials is adopted for the first time.
