For fully black pipeline joints, due to interference fit and opacity issues, welding defects (such as unwelded joints and cold solder joints) cannot be detected by traditional airtightness testing. This inability to identify such defects has long been a pain point in the industry.

Based on optical tomography technology, this system is custom-developed for laser welding and enables full weld seam inspection. It effectively addresses the process shortcomings in laser welding of black pipeline joints, ensuring the fault-free delivery of automotive-grade products.
